Refund Policy

We allow order cancellations as long as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse. However, once your order leaves our warehouse we are then unable to modify, customize, or cancel your order as it is already in shipment. Please note that order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do offer exchanges, however we follow a very strict policy. We only consider an exchange if you receive a broken or damaged product. You have up to 24 hours from your confirmed delivery date to request an exchange via email. An exchange can only be for the exact same item you purchased and cannot be swapped out for a different item or a different variant/color. You will be required to ship your item back and cover the return shipping costs before receiving the replacement product. To proceed with an exchange, please use our "Contact" page and include your order number and what is broken with your item. Providing images of the damaged product is required.

We currently do not offer any other refunds, returns, or exchanges that are not listed above. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are guaranteed and our store is based on the policy that all sales are final and sold as-is. We are a small store selling products in high demand and low supply. For this reason we hope you can understand, thank you.

We take chargebacks very seriously. Claiming an order as "unauthorized" or "never received" through your bank or through PayPal is illegal and considered fraudulent and theft. We work side by side with banks and PayPal to prevent chargeback fraud. If necessary, prosecution via a civil lawsuit will take place.
